The motion of grease filled in rolling bearings can be roughly divided into two stages with the change of bearings.

Under popular conditions, the grease filling in INA bearings always exceeds the practical demand for direct lubrication, satisfies the holes on the rack and the bearing cover, and forms a contour around the rolling body. In this process, the bearing temperature rises rapidly because of the resistance of the excess grease. Although most of the excess grease is extruded in the early stage of operation, and the grease squeezed in the raceway accessories may also be migrated and transformed into rolling bodies into raceways.

In the initial stage of bearing operation, most of the grease is quickly squeezed out of the raceway (less than a minute), while the grease accumulates in the retaining grease which is in turn with the bearing migration, and a small amount of it is discharged one after another. At this time, bearing Wendu continues to rise until all the excess grease is discharged. It can be called the running-in stage of grease. According to the elements of lubricating grease quantity and filling quantity in bearing structure, this period may last for ten minutes or even several hours.

High-pressure theory may not be used when greasing anti-friction bearings, unless it is used with great caution. High pressure can damage bearings, waste grease, excessive grease causes high temperature hazards and creates invisible environment around INA bearings. In most applications, ball or roller bearings can be fully lubricated if the grease level accounts for one third to half of the bearing capacity. The excess amount is usually wasted by discharging the sealing shell.

The friction-resistant bearings in all INA bearings basically contain two hardened steel rings, multiple hardened balls or rollers, and a separator or cage for separating rollers or rollers. These types can be divided into many types in use. Some types, such as needle-shaped cylindrical bearings, may not have inner rings and the roller moves directly on the hardened shaft.

1. First, the bearings are washed in gasoline, and the grease and dust remaining on the bearings are wiped off. Every bearing with rust marks is gently polished with metallographic sandpaper until there is no rough feeling by hand.

2. Dry the washed bearings with dry rags and soak them in antirust oil. In this process, it is necessary to contact the bearing with the rust-proof oil completely and rotate the bearing continuously, so that the oil film formed by the rust-proof oil can cover the surface of the bearing and achieve the purpose of rust-proof.

3. Next butter with lithium grease? It should be evenly coated on the surface of the bearing, including inner and outer rings, wheels and cages. And it is the edge rubbing rotating bearing, so that butter really enters the bearing interior, play a full lubrication role.

4. The last process is packaging. In order to save cost, we "turn waste into treasure", cut the waste cement packaging bags of warehouse into suitable size packaging bags, wrap the bearings tightly, wrap them well, mark the specifications and models of the bearings and put them back on the shelves for storage.

5. Use heat sensor to monitor the working temperature of bearing at any time. If the temperature of INA bearing exceeds 125 C for a long time, the service life of the bearing will be reduced.
