In order to judge whether the removed Koyo bearing can be reused, German bearings should be inspected for dimensional accuracy, rotational accuracy, internal clearance, mating surface, raceway surface, cage and sealing ring.

Bearing vibration in the work to identify inspection, bearing vibration is very sensitive to deep groove ball bearing damage such as spalling, indentation, corrosion, cracks, wear and tear will be reflected in the bearing vibration measurement. Vibration can be measured by using special bearing vibration meter (frequency analyzer, etc.), and the abnormal situation can not be inferred by frequency. The measured values are different because of the use conditions of Koyo bearings or the position of sensor devices, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine before determining the criteria.

The main cause of Koyo bearing vibration failure is friction and mechanical two aspects. Sometimes it's a single friction problem, sometimes it's a single mechanical problem, sometimes it's a combination of two factors. Vibration caused by single friction or mechanical causes is easy to determine, and vibration caused by the interaction of the two factors is difficult to analyze. It is easier to distinguish the vibration caused by friction and mechanical factors. When the deep groove ball bearing stops running, if the vibration disappears immediately, it is a friction problem; if the vibration disappears slowly, it is caused by mechanical factors. If the two factors work together, we can observe what faults disappear at the moment of power failure and what falls are still at work.
